About Entertainment was founded in 2020 by Armando Bo, Mercedes Reinke, Natacha Cervi, and Ezequiel Olemberg.

The company is currently producing the feature film Las Malas, an adaptation of the novel by Camila Sosa Villada, directed by Armando Bo.

In 2026, it will premiere on Netflix a series about Moria Casán, directed by Javier Van De Couter and starring Sofía Gala Castiglione, Griselda Siciliani, and Cecilia Roth.
That same year, it will release on Amazon Prime Video a feature film about the Ricardo Barreda case, directed by Paula Hernández and starring Luis Machín.

In November 2024, it premiered Cromañón on Amazon Prime Video, directed by Marialy Rivas and Fabiana Tiscornia. The series became the most-watched title on the platform in Argentina and received multiple nominations.

The company also produced El Presidente, nominated for the International Emmy Award for Best Drama Series.

About Entertainment develops branded content projects and intellectual property acquisitions in partnership with Rebolucion. The company works with international talent and platforms in the development and production of films and series.

Armando Bo is an internationally recognized and award-winning Argentine screenwriter and filmmaker. He’s the showrunner, director, and executive producer of the eight-part series El Presidente, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. His directorial debut, El Último Elvis, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2012, with great audience reception there as well as at San Sebastián, London, France, Korea, and Bulgaria film festivals. In 2018, he released his second feature film, Animal. Bo has a long-standing collaboration with the award-winning Mexican filmmaker Alejandro González Iñárritu. Their script partnership kicked off with Biutiful, which was nominated for Best Foreign Film at the Oscars and Best Film at the Golden Globes in 2009. They hit even bigger success with their next film, Birdman (Or The Unexpected Virtue Of Ignorance), which won both the Oscar and Golden Globe for Best Picture. Beyond his film prestige, Bo is also a prolific advertising director and co-founder of Rebolucion, a globally awarded ad production company with over 700 spots and more than 25 Cannes Lions. He’s represented by CAA, Untitled Entertainment, and Ziffren, Brittenham, Branca, Fischer, Gilbert-Lurie, Stiffelman & Cook, LLP.
Mercedes is a talented and creative writer as well as a TV executive. She worked as Vice President of Content Development at Viacom International Studios until 2020, when she joined About. She created both scripted and unscripted formats for local and global screens, keeping up with the shift towards multiscreen viewing and viewer needs. She’s developed "bold" content, short formats, innovative shows, popular content, telenovelas, and brand content. Leading a team of 15 creative professionals from the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil, she uncovered concepts that could turn into innovative and commercial formats. She developed formats for Viacom’s brands in the Southern Cone, like MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Paramount, and Telefe. She also worked on co-developments with Keshet (Israel), Sony (UK), Fuji (Japan), Warner (Argentina), Televisa (Mexico), TV Azteca (Mexico), Imagen Televisión (Mexico), América TV (Peru), and Globo (Brazil). She created Amar después de amar, a 60-episode love story sold in over 12 countries (in Spain, El nudo for Atresmedia). As an author, she published her first novel in 2010, La nueva vida de Matilde: muerte y resurrección de una mujer de 55 años (Planeta Publishing Group), and her second in 2011, De Tripas Corazón (Tusquets).
Natacha is a well-known film producer and executive producer. With Rizoma, a company she co-founded in 2001, she has produced nearly forty award-winning films that have competed at major international film festivals. She also worked as a line producer on international productions like Chris Weitz's Operation Finale for MGM Studios. Some of her work as executive producer includes Aire Libre by Anahí Berneri, which premiered in San Sebastián, Los Dueños by Radusky and Toscano, which premiered at Cannes, Un Mundo Misterioso by Rodrigo Moreno, which also premiered at Cannes, Medianeras by Gustavo Taretto, premiering at Berlinale, Gigante by Adrián Biniez (also at Berlinale), Whisky by Rebella and Stoll (Cannes premiere), Amsterdam by Gustavo Taretto, an HBO original series, and Netflix's Distancia de Rescate by Claudia Llosa, which premiered at the San Sebastián Film Festival. She also co-produced Los Delincuentes by Rodrigo Moreno, which premiered at Cannes in 2023.
Ezequiel has a degree in economics from the University of Buenos Aires. He’s a founding partner of About Entertainment, CFO and partner of 'Rebolucion'. He’s been working alongside Armando Bo for over 20 years and served as an associate producer on Bo’s recent films Animal and El Último Elvis.
